With almost 15 years in the technology field, Claire brings a diverse yet strong background leading teams in audit, compliance, customer experience and project management. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Claire also brings to the table her knowledge and experience as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. As our VP of Product Management, Claire is the conduit between the business and the development teams, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our customers and delivering on time. Claire has served on several executive committees and boards over the past decade with organizations from the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce to Leadership Seminole and the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition to graduating from Leadership Seminole, Claire was also recognized as an honoree in Seminole County’s Salute to Professional Women.

Niki is Chief Customer Officer for SRA Watchtower and has over 15 years experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Capital Management, Audit and tax. Prior to SRA, Ms. White was the SVP Chief Risk Officer and Controller for First Capital Bank where she led the implementation of ERM and Capital Planning, updating of the COSO framework, and enhancement of the internal audit program to align with the ERM risk structure. She led the expansion of the ALCO Committee reporting and training, and oversaw the management of interest rate risk and liquidity as enhanced forecasting and analysis. Prior to First Capital, she was an Audit Manager for Yount Hyde & Barbour where she supported clients through the development and execution of risk and audit strategies. Prior to Yount Hyde, she was a Tax Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers where she supported clients through corporate tax and multi-state tax issues.

Sharon Campbell brings over 25 years of visionary leadership in client services to her role as Vice President of Client Services at SRA Watchtower. With a career spanning the mortgage, finance, and compliance sectors, Sharon is renowned as a 'client evangelist', advocating for a client-centric approach at every level. At SRA Watchtower, Sharon leads post-sales engagements, driving a "client forward" narrative throughout the organization. She proactively owns all aspects of the client experience, designing and developing offerings to strengthen relationships and promote value realization. Prior to joining SRA Watcthower, Sharon led a global client services team for a financial compliance organization, overseeing support operations across the US, Europe, and Asia. 

Shawn Ryan brings three decades of experience in business development, financial management and commercial strategy in a variety of executive roles at top-tier companies that include S&P Global, Capital One, Dynex Financial Inc., and Rochester Community Savings Bank to his role at SRA Watchtower as Chief Financial Officer. Shawn’s unique career began as a teller and has included leadership roles in corporate finance, underwriting, treasury, audit, credit review, business & product management, event marketing and marketing operations. His responsibilities have included strategy development, P&L ownership, revenue growth, organizational transformation, client satisfaction, technology implementation, process improvement, and cultural adoption.
